Every order is carefully inspected before being shipped to you. In the event that a product is damaged in transit, it does not meet your expectations, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned to the request and a representative will review the request. Upon approval, please send the merchandise back to us in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside of the box.
Upon receiving your package in our facilities, the merchandise will be inspected. All appropriate credits, exchanges and refunds will be issued for the price of the item(s). Return shipping may apply. All orders will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalized items, special orders, or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
